How to reach us

Email [email protected]. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

You can also call or text (757) 540-1077 and leave your name and email. We reply by email, not by phone.

Please don't send medical records by email; you'll upload those securely through the intake form.

How the service works

Everything is handled online. The service is record-review only, no examinations, telephone consultations, or video visits. Nexus letter only, signed by the reviewing physician.

Pricing and refunds

$549 flat per nexus letter, any condition: a $149 refundable deposit at intake and $400 at invoicing. Full details are on the pricing page.

If after reviewing the records the physician cannot reach the "at least as likely as not" threshold, you are not charged the $400 letter fee and your $149 deposit is refunded in full.

Not done within 30 days of your complete records? Your $149 deposit is refunded.

Turnaround

Most letters delivered within 14 days.

Corrections

Factual corrections are always free. Corrections usually take up to about 5 business days.

Where we serve

We are currently unable to accept cases from veterans residing in Oregon or Utah. We serve veterans in all other 48 states and Washington, DC.
